Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

Yield: One 16 oz serving or two 8 oz servings 

Ingredients 

¾ cup Zeal Creamery Chocolate Milk 

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

½ cup plain Greek yogurt 

2 tablespoons nuts of choice 

1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips 

2 teaspoons chia seeds

2 teaspoons hemp seeds

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon fine sea salt 

For Topping, optional 

Fresh fruit, almond or peanut butter, toasted coconut flakes, granola, cocoa nibs, honey, etc… 

To Make Mocha Overnight Oats

Add 2 tablespoons cold brew coffee, or 1 shot of espresso 

Method

  1. To a 16 ounce ounce mason  jar, add all ingredients. Stir thoroughly to combine. Place the lid on top and place in the fridge overnight. 

  2. When ready to eat, remove from fridge and stir ingredients together. 

  3. Top with desired toppings and serve!

Notes

This makes two kid servings, and one adult serving of oats.
