Ingredients

1 cup Zeal Creamery Probiotic Chocolate Milk

1 cup coconut water

1 tbsp almond butter

1 scoop protein powder, vanilla or chocolate

1 banana

1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon

3-4 ice cubes

Chia seeds, optional garnish

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except for the chia seeds in the blender. Blend until smooth and frothy – enjoy on ice or without!
