Golden Milk Overnight Oats

Yield: One 16 oz serving or two 8 oz servings 

Ingredients 

¾ cup Zeal Creamery Whole Milk 

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt 

2 tablespoons pistachios 

2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes or shredded coconut 

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 

1 tablespoon goji berries 

2 teaspoons chia seeds

2 teaspoons hemp seeds

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon ground turmeric 

¼ teaspoon ground ginger 

⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon 

⅛ tsp ground cloves 

⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper 

⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt 

For Topping, optional 

Fresh fruit, almond butter, toasted coconut flakes, granola, cocoa nibs, honey, etc.

Directions

  1. To a 16 ounce mason jar, add all ingredients. Stir thoroughly to combine. Place the lid on top and place in the fridge overnight. 

  2. When ready to eat, remove from fridge and stir ingredients together. 

  3. Top with desired toppings and serve!
