Green Goddess Dressing

Prep Time: 10 minutes 

Yield: 1 ¼ cups (10 ounces)

Ingredients 

1 cup fresh herbs, lightly packed (parsley, spinach leaves, dill, basil, mint) 

1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

¼ cup chives, snipped 

3 tablespoons Zeal Creamery Whole Milk 

2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves 

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 

2 teaspoons anchovy paste (or capers) 

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon lemon zest 

½ teaspoon kosher salt 

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 

⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes 

Directions

  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Taste, and adjust seasoning as needed. 

  2. Serve as a dip, toss with greens for a salad, or use as a dressing for a sandwich or wrap. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
