Pear and Cheddar Bruschetta

Ingredients
1 small baguette, cut into 1⁄2” thick slices
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 block Zeal Creamery Mature Sharp Cheddar, thinly sliced
1 lemon
2 ripened pears, thinly sliced and drizzled with lemon juice
3 tsp balsamic glaze
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp aleppo pepper
Directions
1. Toast the sliced bread and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Top with Zeal Creamery cheddar and pear slices.
3. Drizzle with balsamic, honey and sprinkle aleppo pepper over top.
