Roasted Radishes
The best roasted veggies are those slathered with great, rich butter, which is exactly what this recipe calls for!

Ingredients
2 pounds radishes
3 tablespoons Zeal Creamery Pink Salted Butter, melted
1 teaspoon flake salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons (2 large cloves) garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, roughly chopped (parsley, tarragon, basil), for serving
Instructions
Position one oven rack in the center of the oven. Preheat to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Trim radishes and cut in half. If radishes are large, quarter them.
To a medium mixing bowl add radishes, melted butter, flake salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss to combine.
Arrange radishes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast until golden, crispy, and fork tender, 30-35 minutes. Add garlic during the last few minutes of roasting.
Remove from the oven and toss with fresh herbs, plus more flake salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
