The Green Smoothie Bowl

This recipe remake was inspired by The Minimalist Baker.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 ripe avocado

  • 2 medium ripe bananas (previously sliced and frozen)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries

  • 2 large handfuls of spinach (organic when possible)

  • 1 small handful of kale (organic when possible // large stems removed)

  • 1 1/2 – 2 cups of Zeal Whole Milk

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

  • 2 Tbsp salted creamy almond or peanut butter (optional)

How to Make it:

  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency

  • Add more milk to make it thicker

  • Add more banana to make it sweeter

  • Add your toppings

  • Serve and enjoy!
