The Green Smoothie Bowl
This recipe remake was inspired by The Minimalist Baker.
Ingredients:
1/4 ripe avocado
2 medium ripe bananas (previously sliced and frozen)
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
2 large handfuls of spinach (organic when possible)
1 small handful of kale (organic when possible // large stems removed)
1 1/2 – 2 cups of Zeal Whole Milk
1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
2 Tbsp salted creamy almond or peanut butter (optional)
How to Make it:
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency
Add more milk to make it thicker
Add more banana to make it sweeter
Add your toppings
Serve and enjoy!
