Bushwacker Cocktail 

Prep Time: 5 minutes   

Yield: One 16 ounce drink, or two 8 ounce drinks 

Ingredients 

1 ½ cups ice
2 ounces Zeal Creamery Whole Milk
1 ounce dark aged rum (use a nice quality rum)
1 ounce coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
1 ounce dark crème de cacao liqueur
1 ounce cream of coconut

Garnish (optional): Chocolate syrup, grated chocolate, and a cocktail cherry 

Directions

  1. To a high speed blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. 

  2. Drizzle some chocolate sauce into a glass (or glasses) then pour the cocktail into it. 

  3. Finish with desired toppings. Serve immediately with a straw. 

Notes

  • The drink may separate a bit and that’s ok! Simply stir with the straw.
