Hot Chocolate Hero

If you haven’t tasted a hot chocolate made with REAL chocolate, you haven’t lived! The melted chocolate combines with our creamy grass-Fed milk to create the most delicious winter-warmer in under 15 mins. Here’s how you make it.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR 2 SERVINGS

  • 2 cups of Zeal Whole Milk

  • 4oz of your favorite milk chocolate chopped

  • Splash of vanilla extract

  • Whipped cream

  • Marshmallows

LET’S COOK!

Heat up your milk in a saucepan over a medium heat. While it’s warming up, put the chopped chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take it out and stir it then reheat for another 30 seconds. Repeat this until all the chocolate is melted. When the milk starts to form little bubbles (approx. 180 degrees F) turn off the heat and add in your melted chocolate and whisk it to combine the two. Don’t let the milk boil! Add in the vanilla extract and pour into two of your favorite mugs, then top it off with whipped cream and marshmallows. Kick back and enjoy.
