Butter Bathed Corn
Butter poaching, butter boiling, whatever you want to call it, bathing corn in butter and milk is Zeal Creamery’s new favorite way to cook corn on the cob. It’s the BEST way of cooking corn on the cob that we have tried. The corn cooks up so flavorfully corny and rich. Jazzing it up with sweet honey and fiery red pepper flakes takes this technique to an even higher level of deliciousness, although you can leave these ingredients out and this dish will still be amazing.
The best part is, there’s no need to get messy slathering additional butter all over the corn after its done. The buttery taste is infused into the corn while its bathing. And if you use Zeal Grass-Fed Milk Creamery Salted Butter with Himalayan Pink Salt, you might find that you don’t even need to any salt as well!
