our farms
they’ve got style.
they’ve got class.
And they eat a lot of grass.
Zeal cows are raised the old-school way: grazing on farms that regenerate the land. They are a happy, healthy herd, and we think you can taste the difference.
our happy herd
The Zeal herd has unlimited access to pasture during the grazing season. That means our cows have all the grass they can eat, and as much fresh air and sunshine as they want.
They also never eat GMO feed, receive antibiotics, or rBST.*
*No significant difference has been shown between milk from cows treated or not treated with rBST (artificial growth hormone).
The Grass-fed Difference

The Grass-fed Difference *
Grass-fed milk is naturally higher in Omega-3 fatty acids, and higher in protein.* It also has a rich, creamy flavor that’s noticeably better.

And the planet’s happy, too!
Zeal uses regenerative farming and grazing practices that restore degraded soil, improve biodiversity and increase carbon capture, helping to mitigate climate change.
By using age-old techniques like rotational grazing, we ensure that the planet benefits as much as our cows.

“in doing this rotational grazing system, you’re being a good steward of your land and a good steward of your cows.”
